Yale's Employee Service Center provides a centralized resource for employee benefits, payroll and personal information. You will no longer need to contact Benefits, Payroll or your Human Resources Generalists with these types of questions. Rather, you now can simply call one number, 203-432-5552, or visit one place, 221 Whitney Avenue, first floor, to receive answers to your employee services questions.

When you call or visit the Employee Service Center, a Yale Human Resources professional will be available to help you:
- Receive up-to-date and accurate information about your benefits, payroll and employee information
- Make changes to your benefits plans and employee information
- Request forms for a payroll deduction or direct deposit
- Submit an I-9 Form for approval
- And much more!
